Anxiety Relief w/ Caitlin: Counting Breath Meditation

Breathing technique of counting with the inhale and exhale to link the mind’s attention with the breath and center oneself, relaxing the mind. Each class will begin with a simple stretch to create space in the body, posture alignment, and grounding practice. 7:30pm-8pm ZOOM (RSVP Via email)
